Sheep Esports – LoL – LPL: Elk and Erha join Weibo Gaming

Elk will play his seventh year in the LPL alongside Erha, who will play his first full split

Weibo Gaming refresh their lineup for 2026 after being one of the LPL’s oldest rosters in 2025. On December 3, they officially announced their new, younger botlane duo, which will be led by Zhao “Elk” Jia-Hao and Shi “Erha” Xu-Ye. Elk, departing Bilibili Gaming after three years where he won three LPL splits in the last two seasons, replaces Wang “Light” Guang-Yu—who was WBG’s ADC for the past three years.

A new botlane duo

Known as a mechanical genius, Elk plays without his longtime duo Luo “ON” Wen-Jun for the first time in three years. Aligned with an inexperienced support at this stage, he will be the face of this new botlane, which can aim to be one of the best in LPL. As BLG’s starting ADC—one of LPL’s most dominant teams in recent years—Elk holds the region’s best record at his role, both domestically and internationally, including the Worlds 2024 final loss to T1 (2-3).

In 2025, Elk’s stats remain elite: second-highest KDA among ADCs (5.4), third in average damage per minute (797), and one of the widest champion pools (22). His aggressive, mechanics-focused style shows in his low 10th-ranked CS/min (9.2) among LPL ADCs.

Erha is practically a club product. After two years in Anyone’s Legend academy, he joined Weibo Gaming Youth Team at the end of 2023 and is set to begin his third year with the organization. During his LPL promotion in Split 2 of 2025, he joined a struggling team that barely reached playoffs: a tough 3-2 win over JD Gaming, a loss to eventual champions AL, and a 1-3 elimination by Invictus Gaming.
