PORTLAND, Ore. — Part of what makes Portland so special is the city’s music scene.
On ARC PDX, we joined the Portland Office of Arts and Culture to hear about some of the programs that support our local artists.
During the conversation, we learned about Music Oregon, which also has a program called the Echo Fund. It helps local musicians with production costs.
This year the fund awarded $118,000 to 27 local musicians.
