The plan: Stratford School District in Connecticut is seeking a math coach who can provide collaborative, ongoing, and job-embedded coaching for Tier 1 math instruction. The district said in its request for proposals that the coaching will be funded by a school improvement grant from the state. The work is expected to last through September 2026 with a potential one-year renewal if a second grant is secured. The plan: Lake Washington School District in Washington State is looking for a high school science curriculum. According to the district’s request for information, it is interested in learning about materials for its biology, chemistry, and physics courses that are aligned with state science standards and Next Generation Science Standards. Students should be able to meet all high school standards if they take all three courses. All questions must be submitted through the district’s online bidding portal.

Meridian Public School District, Miss.

Focus: High-dosage tutoring, professional development
Students: 4,500
Deadline: Dec. 10, 2026
The plan: Meridian Public School District in Mississippi is in the market for a consultant that can provide both high-dosage tutoring and professional development. The district said in its request for proposals that the tutoring should be provided in-person in small group or individualized sessions and align to state college and career readiness standards. In addition, the district is asking for customized, standards-aligned professional development for English language arts, math and science that is differentiated by grade level bands. The professional development should include on-site instructional coaching as well.
