The weekend is in full swing, especially on the hardwood. Seven games between 14 teams are set to tip off on Saturday. That means plenty of games for fans and bettors alike to dig into. To kick things off this evening, the underhanded Warriors are visiting Donovan Mitchell and the Cavaliers. Elsewhere, Anthony Edwards will hope to lead Minnesota to a road win over the Lakers. Later tonight, the Mavericks will host Kevin Durant’s title-contending Rockets.
With so many must-watch matchups, narrowing down a few player props can be tricky. Fear not – there’s plenty of enticing choices to make tonight. Here are my three favorite NBA prop bet picks on DraftKings Sportsbook for Saturday’s contests.
Top NBA prop bet picks
Ryan Rollins under 31.5 points + rebounds + assists (-117)
Giannis Antetokounmpo is sidelined for at least the next few weeks due to a calf strain. In the Greek Freak’s absence, Milwaukee will be desperate for additional production from the rest of its roster. It’s not as if head coach Doc Rivers has a ton of high-level play makers at his disposal, especially on offense. Among healthy Bucks players, Ryan Rollins is the only one averaging more than 17.0 points per game. In addition, the guard has chipped in with 6.0 assists and 4.1 rebounds.
In theory, no Antetokounmpo should make it easier for Rollins to put up numbers going forward. However, serving as the top option on offense also comes with some downside. Defenses are forced to crowd the paint when Giannis is healthy, leading to wide-open shots. Milwaukee’s remaining players won’t have that luxury tonight against an elite Pistons defense. Detroit is holding opponents to the NBA’s fifth-fewest points (113.3), tenth-fewest rebounds (51.1) and fewest assists (23.3) per game. In four of his previous five outings, Rollins has failed to record at least 32 points + rebounds + assists. Even with more touches, this feels like an ideal spot to fade the 23-year-old.
Isaiah Stewart 6+ rebounds (-117)
We’ll stay in Motown, where the Pistons are looking to pick up their 19th win of the season. Granted, Detroit has hit a few speed bumps in recent weeks. Still, this remains one of the more dangerous groups in the Eastern Conference. On a roster filled with high upside young players, Isaiah Stewart is a bit of a known commodity. What you see is what you get from the center toughness, rebounding and a bit of shooting, as well. Through 20 games, he’s recorded 9.6 points and 6.2 rebounds to go with 52/39/70 shooting splits.
Beef Stew’s production can be somewhat unpredictable due to head coach J.B. Bickerstaff’s rotations. However, tonight’s matchup appears advantageous for the big man. Milwaukee has coughed up 55.5 rebounds per game to its opponents, sixth-worst in basketball. Keep in mind, most of those numbers came with Antetokounmpo healthy. Now that he’s injured, there’s even more room to operate on the boards. Stewart has snagged at least six boards in four of his last six appearances. There’s a good chance he keeps that up tonight.
Donte DiVincenzo 15+ points (-102)
The 2024-25 season was an adjustment for Donte DiVincenzo, included as part of the Karl-Anthony Towns-Julius Randle trade. Dealt in September, the veteran saw his numbers take a dip across the board. It’s been a different story this year, his second in Minnesota. Over 22 games, the Villanova alum has posted 14.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists. In addition, he’s knocked down nearly 40% of his 8.1 three-point attempts per game.
DDV’s bounce back campaign continues on Saturday when the Timberwolves travel to LA. The Clippers are a mess right now, on both ends of the floor. That’s especially true from beyond the arc, where they’ve allowed the NBA’s fourth-most three-pointers made per game (14.8). DiVincenzo has tallied 15 points or more in each of his previous four matchups. Keeping that in mind, there’s no reason to think he can’t do so again tonight in Los Angeles.
