Obviously, things will change throughout the afternoon, given Manchester City playing Sunderland, which kicked off at 3pm GMT, 10am ET.
But after Aston Villa’s victory, they (temporarily) climbed above City into second place, on 30 points, with City on 28 ahead of the Sunderland clash.
Arsenal are still leading the way on 33 points after 15 matches but are only three ahead of Villa and if City win at the Etihad, Pep Guardiola’s side will narrow Arsenal’s lead atop the table to just two points.
The title race is heating up in this chilly English winter!
