In breaking news, Senior Federal Judge Kollar-Kotelly has entered an order blocking, for this week at least, the Trump DOJ from re-indicting Former FBI Director James Comey using ANY material they obtained from a warrantless search of materials belonging to Comey’s lawyer, Prof. Daniel Richman which were the entire basis of the first Comey indictment for perjury to Congress that was thrown out by another judge for prosecutorial misconduct. Popok explains how this major blow to the Government’s case against Comey will play out, as the Government struggles to indict Comey again without any of the tainted material.
