Hello, Nara Smith! For the spring/summer 2026 season, designers like Sandy Liang and Giambattista Valli reclaimed the “tradwife” aesthetic with dainty milkmaid dresses, patterned headscarves and old-fashioned prints. Miu Miu’s show drew inspiration from working women and showcased vintage-inspired, floral aprons. “This is the first time we have made it the focus of a collection,” shared creative director Miuccia Prada in a press statement. “The apron fascinates me as an emblem. It symbolizes women, from factories through to serving to the home. It is about protection and care—for me, it is a symbol of the effort and hardship of women.”
