We especially loved the edginess of her top here, as daring details are often what take most red carpet looks to the next level. All the more reason why this particular aesthetic is one of the most dauntless out there.
The actress’s ability to juggle red-carpet-ready attire with chic everyday styles remains undefeated, and this sophisticated look is further evidence of that. On paper, it’s a simple black piece paired with a denim mini skirt. But on a fashionista’s sheet, it’s an alternative-leaning top complemented with a timeless fabric on the bottom. Straight to the point yet nonconformist, it’s the type of everyday look we can’t get enough of.
Goth mixed with avant-garde equals a number that we need to see put on a billboard. Ortega was incredible in this magnificent 2025 Primetime Emmy Awards regalia. The jewels looked like they were floating in thin air, with her toned physique being the only thing grounding them to earth. Another extravagant detail worth noting was the high slit, as it made this outfit that much more bold.
The scream queen’s attire at the May 2025 premiere of Hurry Up Tomorrow blended goth greatness with chic everyday style, referencing a similar style worn by the iconic Carrie Bradshaw on Sex and the City. This easily takes the cake as one of our favorite looks of the year, as it takes a common item and brings out all the very best aspects to result in an eye-catching piece.
Needless to say, every celebrity has a closet we would want to spend time in forever—but when it comes to Ortega, forever wouldn’t be nearly long enough.
