Redragon has officially announced the Wyvern K761 Pro as its latest full-size wireless mechanical keyboard, featuring both Bluetooth 5.0 and 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity. The K761 Pro is launching at just $74.99, and it features some enthusiast-grade touches, like a built-in LCD, to show keyboard information, and a knob for adjusting volume. The K761 Pro is available in two colorways—white and green and white and blue—and both feature shine-through RGB backlighting and “round” PBT keycaps, which look to be similar to OEM height, although no specific keycap profile is provided. It comes with linear Mint Mambo switches, which are 40 gf linear mechanical switches with 3.6 mm of travel, and it features hot-swap sockets, compatible with 3- and 5-pin mechanical switches. It also features a gasket mount and five-layer sound-damping in the case. The Redragon Wyvern K761 Pro is also reprogrammable and customizable on Windows with Redragon’s proprietary software suite. The keyboard is charged via USB-C and features a 4,000 mAh battery, which should be more than enough, even for those who want to use RGB backlighting effects.Alongside the Wyvern, Redragon has also launched a new TKL gaming keyboard, the Otiim K729 HE, which features 8 kHz polling and custom UltraMag switches, which have a Dual-Drive design similar to Gateron’s recent Jade Ultra switches. This is said to increase sensing accuracy for Hall effect keyboards and reduce stem wobble with no sacrifices in smoothness. The Otiim K729 HE is a wired-only keyboard with USB-C connectivity and a web driver for customization of features like Rapid Trigger and actuation distance, and it features the familiar TKL layout, which is common for gaming keyboards. Like the Wyvern, the K729 HE also has PBT keycaps, but this time they are side-printed shine-through keycaps in what looks like the OEM profile. As with the Wyvern, the K729 also has five-layer sound-damping and a knob, although the knob is mounted horizontally along the top edge of the keyboard, presumably to prevent making the keyboard unnecessarily wide without having to replace a switch with the knob.The last, and potentially weirdest, peripheral to come out of Redragon this December, is the BM4195, which is a compact “AI smart mouse,” for office users. The BM4195 is launching at $29.99, although it will retail for $32.99 when the brand’s holiday deals end, and it is available in white or purple. The BM4195 has what looks to be a fairly ergonomic compact design, although very definitely an asymmetrical right-handed design, and Redragon has equipped the mouse with a bunch of shortcuts to quickly redirect users to “AI-powered websites” and to trigger AI-powered voice input and Smart Search. Aside from the AI features, which seem to mostly be alternatives to the Windows Copilot key and are configurable in the proprietary software, the mouse has seven buttons, including the scroll wheel click, and it features both Bluetooth 5.0 and 2.4 GHz connectivity, which are powered by a 500 mAh battery. The mouse weighs in at 95 g, which is fairly heavy, and the polling rate is limited to 250 Hz, which relegate the BM4195 mouse to office use only. The silent switches and 2400 max DPI reinforce the notion that this is an office mouse through and through.
