That will be for very large cities, with a business model in places like Madrid, Barcelona, Istanbul, Paris… some cities that would make up the permanent franchises and that have to pay, according to reports, 500 million euros over ten years, with a television contract. And then there are four spots through which the rest of the teams competing in the Basketball Champions League, or through national leagues, might be able to qualify each season.
