AEW Star Wears The Wrong Ring Gear At AEW Worlds End

Speedball Mike Bailey looked a bit different at AEW Worlds End.

JetSpeed (Kevin Knight and “Speedball” Mike Bailey) and Jurassic Express (“Jungle” Jack Perry and Luchasaurus) faced off against Josh Alexander and The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona) in an eight-man tag team match at AEW Worlds End.

Bailey traditionally wears short trunks and kick pads and competes without boots. However, AEW Worlds End saw him wearing a different attire, as he entered the match in Kevin Knight’s pants.

This wasn’t a simple aesthetic change, as the front of Bailey’s tights said “Knight” across them in a Speed Racer-style design. This is the same Speed Racer-themed gear that JetSpeed wore at AEW All In: Texas, although Bailey had his correct gear for that match.

It’s unclear why Bailey wore Knight’s gear at Worlds End, and Bailey has not commented on it yet. However, many fans speculated that his luggage was lost by an airline.

“I think Speedball might’ve lost his gear because him in Kevin Knight’s tights looks terrifying,” one fan wrote.

“Speedball wearing kevin’s gear… i could cry,” wrote another.

One fan even joked that Speedball wearing Kevin Knight’s gear meant that JetSpeed would never break up.

Despite wearing the wrong attire, JetSpeed and Jurassic Express defeated Josh Alexander and The Demand by pinfall.
