Alex Hunter shares his three favorite player prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Tuesday’s four-game slate.
Tuesday presents a four-game slate, and below are three of my favorite NBA player prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Tuesday’s slate.
Top NBA player prop bets
Jaylen Brown O 43.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-115)
Brown has his sights on making Celtics history tonight. The former NBA Finals MVP is tied with Larry Bird for the most consecutive games of 30+ points in franchise history at nine. During this nine-game run, Brown is averaging 31.5 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 5.0 assists with a huge 35.4% usage rate, and he has exceeded 43.5 PRA in five of these nine contests.
Brown absolutely will be very motivated to pass Bird tonight, and he is in a terrific matchup to do so, going against the Jazz, who rank fourth in pace and 29th in defensive rating this season. Boston boasts a slate-high 124.5-point implied team total on DraftKings Sportsbook, and Brown not only should make Celtics’ history with his 10th game in a row of 30+ points, but he should stuff the stat sheet along the way and top 43.5 PRA.
Ja Morant U 31.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-114)
Morant just returned from a four-game absence due to an ankle injury, and in his first two starts back, the guard has been limited to less than 28 minutes in each game, and he has produced 31 and 28 PRA in these two contests. Morant is having a bad season by his standards, averaging 17.9 points per game on just 37% shooting, both of which are career lows.
The 26-year-old has fallen short of 31.5 PRA in 10 of his 16 starts, and tonight, he is going against a 76ers’ defense that ranks 13th in rating and is allowing the fifth-fewest points to point guards this season. Morant is likely to remain limited to less than 30 minutes as he works his way back from the ankle injury, and 31.5 PRA is just too high a line for him in this situation.
Duncan Robinson O 10.5 Points (-112)
Robinson is in a compelling spot vs. the Lakers, who rank 23rd in defensive rating and are allowing the second-highest three-point percentage in the league this season (38.1%), which obviously bodes well for a long-range specialist like Robinson. The wing is shooting 39% from beyond the arc, and 73% of Robinson’s points have come via three pointers this season.
Also, Caris LeVert (knee) is doubtful tonight, solidifying an expanded role for Robinson and making him a strong bet for over 10.5 points. In the six games LeVert has missed this season, Robinson is averaging 13 points in 32.3 minutes per game, and he has cleared 10.5 points in four of those games.
