Joygame and Gaming in Türkiye have announced Joygame Select, a new Steam-focused co-publishing structure. The new model stands out with its developer-focused revenue approach, strong creative marketing capabilities, and publishing infrastructure supported by Netmarble Korea.


Joygame and Gaming in Türkiye | MENA | EU have officially announced Joygame Select, a new Steam-focused co-publishing initiative. The new structure brings publishing, marketing, community management, and growth processes together under one roof for independent studios and PC game developers. While Joygame assumes the official publisher role on Steam, Gaming in Türkiye manages daily publishing and marketing operations. IP and creative control remain with the studio.


Developer-First Economy: “You Earn First”


The most radical difference of Joygame Select is the financial model it offers. To support the first revenue cycle—one of the most critical phases for independent studios—the first $50,000 in gross revenue generated by the game is entirely left to the developer. During this phase, Joygame Select takes no share (0%), aiming to enable studios to use this resource as fuel to grow their teams and further develop their games.


Global Power


The structure goes beyond offering traditional publishing support. Joygame Select aims to establish a project-specific growth approach by evaluating each game within its own dynamics—from Steam page positioning to collaborations with content creators, from PR processes to marketing strategy. The goal is not only to launch the game, but to increase its visibility through the right marketing and the right operations.


One of the strongest forces behind Joygame Select is Netmarble Korea. Joygame’s years of publishing experience combine with Steam/PC operations, financial processes, compliance, and technical support, while Gaming in Türkiye brings a regional and global growth perspective to projects on the marketing and communication side. The structure is positioned with a growth target across a wide geography, including Türkiye, the USA, Latin America, Europe, MENA, and CIS.
