Addition Financial Credit Union releases statement addressing recent banking systems conversion

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Addition Financial Credit Union issued a statement Monday evening addressing the recent conversion of banking systems from Envision Credit Union, following challenges experienced by members that day.

Monday marked “a significant milestone” for the credit union as it completed its systems conversion “to fully welcome former Envision members into Addition Financial,” President and CEO of Addition Financial Credit Union Kevin Miller wrote in the statement.

However, Miller expressed that some South Georgia and North Florida members experienced challenges that day, “and we understand that change can be frustrating – especially when it is something as important as accessing your money. For those that have experienced challenges online, over the phone or in a local branch, we sincerely apologize.”

In the statement, the credit union president went on reveal that its phone system capacity was increased to reduce wait times and additional team members were in all branches to offer in-person assistance.

“Our online banking platform is functioning normally and is the easiest and quickest way to check balances and access any funds. We are assisting any members who need help logging in for the first time,” Miller said. “We also encourage members to visit our Systems Conversion resource page at AdditionFi.com/conversion.”

Miller said the credit union is deeply grateful to its members for their patience and trust during this transition.

“Our commitment is to ensure every member feels supported, heard, and confident in their financial partnership with Addition Financial,” he said. “We will continue working as quickly and thoughtfully as possible to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.”
