Creative Pursuit 2025

Now in its third year, Creative Pursuit brings together student artists from across Aldine ISD’s Choice School campuses to celebrate creativity in its many forms. The event has grown into a signature showcase of student talent, offering attendees an interactive and inspiring experience.

Guests can explore a curated student art exhibit featuring standout works across a variety of mediums, as well as enjoy the highly anticipated Trashion Fashion Show — a unique runway experience where students design and model original outfits made from upcycled and repurposed materials.

Participating campuses include:

  • Avalos P-TECH School
  • Blanson CTE High School
  • Carver High School
  • Hall Success Academy
  • La Promesa
  • Victory Early College High School

Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage directly with student creations by voting in the People’s Choice Contest to recognize their favorite artwork and fashion designs of the evening.

Creative Pursuit 2025

More than an art show, Creative Pursuit reflects Aldine ISD’s commitment to providing innovative learning experiences that empower students to think creatively, solve real-world problems, and express their unique perspectives — key elements of the district’s Accelerate strategic plan and Profile of a Graduate.

The event is free and open to the public.

Community members are encouraged to come out, support Aldine ISD students, and experience an evening celebrating creativity. See how students transform their imagination into art — and everyday materials into runway-ready designs.
