Charlotte de Arantes Oliveira is a features reporter intern with the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Originally from San Francisco, California, Charlotte attended the University of Mississippi and graduated in 2024. She made her move to Arkansas this summer and looks forward to exploring all the state has to offer.
