All the Best Post-Holiday Fashion Deals

Pre-holiday sales are obviously a great time for deals, but the savviest shoppers know that buying right after Christmas can be just as (if not more) fruitful. Whether it’s that piece you didn’t pull the trigger on but can’t stop thinking about, a wished-for item Santa somehow forgot to put under the tree, or just a few little treat-yourself extras, there are plenty of bargains to be had, especially when it comes to fashion: From New Year’s Eve outfits and cold-weather coats to workoutwear and early springtime attire (because it’s never too early to start prepping for next season), the discounts abound. But, much like freshly fallen snow in NYC, they won’t be around for long, so take advantage while you still can. Alex Mill’s discounts are plentiful — there’s the reader- and Strategist-beloved Nico cardigan, a corduroy pant that’s a favorite of some of our most fashionable friends, the kids’ jumpsuit that made it into our holiday gift guide, and more.

Take an extra 50 percent off the hundreds (if not thousands) of already discounted items in Anthropologie’s sale section, including a festive foil jumpsuit and a very eye-catching two-tone handbag.

Everything at Aritiza is at least 10 percent off through January 1, though some items are cut by as much as half, and a few of our most favorite pieces — a perfectly cozy hoodie, the mid-length version of the beloved Super Puff, and the popular Effortless Pant — fall very nicely in the middle.

Babaà sweaters are nothing short of excellent, and I’ve yet to find a style I wouldn’t be happy to get — either as a gift or simply as a little present for myself. They’re also not cheap, so discounts of any kind are always welcome.

The Banana Republic resurgence is an even bigger deal during the brand’s winter sale, where you can find discounts of over 70 percent.

Everlane’s end-of-year sale includes a huge amount of product for both women and men. It might take a little digging to find the exact size-color combo you’re looking for, but with savings of up to 70 percent, it’s worth the effort.

The Free People After-Holiday Sale knocks an additional 50 percent off its entire sale section. The selection has a miscellaneous grab-bag feel, but there are some real gems in the mix — including some funky western boots in sparkly silver and an amazing discount on the khaki colorway of my most favorite puffer coat.

J.Crew has two sales going on right now: Take an extra 60 percent off sale styles with code FESTIVE and up to 50 percent off cashmere (no code required).

L.L.Bean rarely does deep discounts, and this seasonal sale is no exception. Still, there are some worthwhile picks in the mix, including shearling-lined Bean Boots, Wicked Good moccasins, and a classic pullover fleece.

To ring in 2026, Lisa Says Gah is taking 26 percent off hundreds of products. If you’re still looking for a perfect New Year’s Eve outfit, or you just want to add a little zhuzh to your wardrobe, this is the place to do it.

Lululemon’s Year-End Sale is really just a restock of its We Made Too Much sales bin, but there are still some really great deals to be had — including Align leggings for as little as $49.

The holiday season just ended, but Nordstrom’s Half-Yearly Sale just started, and there are thousands of discounts across the board. It may take some digging to find that perfect piece, but we’ve unearthed a few best-buys, like some Big Buckle Birks, a very smart-looking Barbour coat, and some unisex Gazelles.
