RAM and storage
This build opts for a huge 64GB of DDR5 RAM, which is going to be excellent if you’re playing open-world games at ultra settings, using RAM-intensive creative applications, or running multiple heavy applications at once. It also packs a huge 4TB SSD, which is the type of storage that allows you to “save it and forget it”, as you won’t be running out of space anytime soon, even with a large gaming library and loads of dense media files, like PSDs and 4K footage.
Things to consider
RTX 5090 prebuilds are expensive, but options from Alienware are well up there with the most costly on the market. The same goes for Corsair, Gigabyte, ASUS, and some of MSI’s models, but you can get a bit cheaper if you hunt around. I would say that if you were looking to spend less on an RTX 5090 build, your best bet is going to be something from Yeyian or maybe CyberPowerPC, both of which are generally quite affordable, relatively speaking, that is. It’s also well worth considering an RTX 5080 prebuild if you’re after excellent 4K, ray tracing performance, but without the enormous price tag.
