With more than 20 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, and financial leadership, Andrew provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to a wide range of investors, including private equity groups, as well as private and public companies. His expertise includes quality of earnings analyses, working capital adjustment mechanisms, carve-outs, financial projection and forecast analyses, and broader M&A advisory support.
Andrew’s background spans both advisory and executive leadership roles. Prior to joining BMF, he served as an independent consultant, advising clients on financial due diligence, M&A transactions, and fractional CFO services. He also held the role of Executive Director at a large, publicly traded pharmaceutical development company, serving as a divisional CFO and finance partner to the executive leadership team, focusing on strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and budget and forecast development.
Earlier in his career, Andrew was a Director in PwC’s Transaction Services group, where he led financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions and divestitures across a global client base, with transaction values ranging from $10 million to $4 billion. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor with EY.
