Best NBA player prop bets for Sunday 12/7/25

Alex Hunter shares his three favorite player prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Sunday’s seven-game slate.

Sunday presents a seven-game NBA slate and below are three of my favorite NBA player prop picks on DraftKings Sportsbook for Sunday’s slate.

Top NBA prop bet picks

Jalen Williams O 34.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-124)

The Thunder will be shorthanded tonight vs. the Jazz. Lu Dort (adductor), Alex Caruso (quad), Isaiah Hartenstein (soleus) and most importantly, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (elbow) have all been ruled out. The last start Williams has made without Gilgeous-Alexander came in April this past season and that night, Williams finished with 33 points, seven rebounds and five assists vs. the Suns.

Gilgeous-Alexander is annually one of the league leaders in usage rate and with the reigning MVP off the floor the last two seasons, Williams’ usage rate rises 6.3 percentage points to 34.2% and his assist rate rises 8.8 percentage points to 32.3%. The forward will act as Oklahoma City’s top option tonight and Williams should produce a huge stat line vs. this Utah team that ranks fourth in pace and 29th in defensive rating this season.

Jaren Jackson Jr. U 27.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-111)

The return of Zach Edey has been huge for the Grizzlies as a team, but the center’s presence has hurt Jackson Jr.’s numbers. The forward has made eight starts alongside Edey since the center made his season debut a few weeks ago and in those games, Jackson Jr. is averaging 18.0 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.

Jackson Jr. has stayed under 27.5 PRA in five of these eight contests and when sharing the floor with Edey this season, Jackson Jr.’s usage and rebound rates decrease 1.3 and 1.8 percentage points, respectively. The 26-year-old is facing a Trail Blazers defense tonight that is giving up the third-fewest points and rebounds to power forwards this season, and Jackson Jr. should fall short of 27.5 PRA in this spot.

Brandon Miller U 21.5 Points (-108)

Miller is going to see a large usage rate with LaMelo Ball (ankle) sidelined, but Miller is playing in just his second game after missing two in a row with a nagging shoulder injury that has been bothering him all season and he is likely to be rusty. Miller made his return this past Friday vs. the Raptors and even with Ball exiting after only seeing 11 minutes, Miller finished with just 12 points across 29 minutes while shooting 5-of-14 from the field.

Miller has only played in seven games this season and he is averaging just 16.3 PPG on a career-worst 39% shooting percentage. Miller is in a solid spot vs. the Nuggets, who rank 18th in defensive rating, but 21.5 points is just too high of a number for him right now.
