Pokémon is seemingly everywhere these days, with the Japanese anime franchise turning up on new merch, video games, and even on a K-pop star.
The latest Pokémon partnership: a team-up with PUMA on a limited-edition line of shoes and apparel that pay tribute to popular character motifs mixed with streetwear-inspired fits.
The PUMA x Pokémon collection launched April 2 at PUMA.com and includes T-shirts, hoodies, shorts, and sneakers for kids and adults alike. The official collaboration is the latest release to celebrate Pokémon’s 30th anniversary. PUMA says the collection takes its sportswear pieces “into another world,” while “mirroring the contrast between the Sun Pokémon Espeon (which bathes in sunlight and is known for its purple colorway) versus the Moonlight Pokémon Umbreon (which is dark and lurks in the shadows).
According to the brand, the collection offers “functional pieces designed for Pokémon Trainers of all ages.” The PUMA x Pokémon pieces are selling quickly but we’ve rounded up some of the best pieces that are still available to buy online.
Puma x Pokémon Relaxed Graphic Hoodie
This relaxed-fit hoodie comes in a lavender colorway with the PUMA and Pokémon logos on the chest and a large Espeon in lilac on the back.
Puma x Pokémon Pikachu Hoodie
You can also get the unisex hoodie in yellow, the color of the iconic Pokémon, Pikachu. The back of the hoodie has a black outline of the character, complete with his lightning bolt tail. The hoodies are available in sizes small to XXL.
PUMA x Pokémon Mostro Espeon Sneakers
The PUMA Pokémon sneakers are almost sold out online, but there are still sizes left of this Mostro sneaker, which comes in a “pearl pink” colorway with an attached Espeon keychain. This has all the hallmarks of the classic PUMA shoe, with the velcro straps and textured sole. The shoes also come in a special box with Pokémon branding.
PUMA x Pokémon Oversized Jersey
We love this oversized jersey, which features pink and purple color-blocking along with Espeon’s National Pokédex number of 0196. The V-neck design keeps it sporty while the striping on the sleeves add a fashion-forward touch. The PUMA website has sizes small to XL still in stock.

This T-shirt reimagines Pokémon motifs as graffiti-inspired prints, with a royal blue background. The cotton blend tee is available in sizes small to XL. This is meant to be an oversized shirt, so we recommend sizing down if you want it to look more fitted.
PUMA x Pokémon Mewtwo Jersey
The new collaboration is accompanied by a special launch from PUMA Hoops, with an “electrified” yellow take on the PUMA All-Pro NITRO 2 sneaker. You can also pick up this basketball jersey, which comes with Mewtwo graphics printed on a lightweight recycled mesh material.
PUMA x Pokémon Hat
Accessories in the PUMA x Pokémon collection include a kids’ backpack, crossbody bag, and this unisex baseball cap which sets the brand logos on a two-toned dad-hat design. This one-size-fits-all cap has an adjustable strap on the back.
