Billionaire Robert Stiller Sells Palm Beach Mansion for $66.14M

Billionaire Robert Stiller finalized the sale on his Palm Beach, Florida, mansion this week for about $66.14 million—just a hair more than what he paid for it almost three years ago.

Stiller—who co-founded the rolling papers brand E-Z Wider as well as Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, which eventually acquired Keurig—bought the Intracoastal-front mansion in April 2023 for $66 million using an LLC, records accessed via PropertyShark show.

That same month, he sold his oceanfront Palm Beach spread for about $170 million, which holds the record for the priciest home deal on the tony South Florida island, The Wall Street Journal reported at the time.

Stiller couldn’t be reached for comment.

The recently sold property, on North Lake Way, was listed for sale in May for $90 million with Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate. Angle, who also represented the buyer, declined to comment. The buyer’s information wasn’t yet available in public records.

Built in 2013, the waterfront home spans more than 13,300 square feet and has a classic stately Palm Beach design, with a gated motor court flanked by garages and leading to a portico entrance. A tiled roof and exterior shutters, all a light shade of gray to match the exterior, give the Colonial-style home a coastal feel.

Inside, the formal living spaces have high ceilings and a mix of stone and hardwood floors. Arched French doors off the living, dining and family rooms lead out to a covered loggia, according to the listing.

There are seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and three half-baths, including first- and second-floor primary suites, each with two bathrooms. The second-floor primary occupies its own wing and opens out to a terrace with a cold plunge and a hot tub.

There’s flexible spaces above each garage, each equipped with a bathroom and a closet. Currently, one is set up as a staff room while the other is a gym, according to the listing.

In addition to the covered loggia, a large stone patio surrounded a pool with a sun shelf and a hot tub. Beyond, there’s a deepwater dock with a boat lift.
