The Russian Federation has run out of money; and many regional governments are now stopping payouts on massive sign-on bonuses promised to new volunteers; and are massively slashing the bonuses for future volunteers. This also comes with the report that Russia’s oil and gas revenues have dropped 32% in a single month, and the Russian government has seen another 7.5% of it’s budget evaporate in the same time. Evacuations were announced in the Moscow suburb of Zelenograd as Ukrainian drones attempted attacks on the area. Russian citizens were told to shelter in place or evacuate the area. Peace talks are getting no where, with the Russians making it clear they won’t even talk to the US this week. Ukraine has also been given another Ultimatum by the US to accept the peace deal or lose all support from the US. meanwhile another Russian spy linked to the railway bombing in Poland was arrested in the country today, while a Russian RGB-1 sonar buoy was found by British divers near the UK coast today. China has reiterated they will retake Taiwan by force if necessary, while the US has now designated the Cartel De Los Soles as a terrorist organization, with Nicolas Maduro as it’s leader.
