Why we like Asus ROG Strix G16
Great mobile processor
This laptop is built around Intel’s Core Ultra 9 275HX processor. Generally, this will perform lower in gaming than an AMD equivalent, but it offers big battery and efficiency benefits, as well as cooler temps. Essentially, it’s a great laptop CPU, and the GPU matters far more for games anyway.
Built for Full HD Gaming
Nvidia’s RTX 5060 mobile GPU is built to demolish Full HD 1080p gaming and to deliver up to 1440p in some titles. It’s a fine GPU for a gaming laptop of this price, and will support productivity, creative, or daily content needs. And with Nvidia DLSS support, gaming performance goes a bit further, too.
Premium display and features
