
December 3, 2025 – Dallas-based executive search and talent development firm Bryant Group has placed Christine Sullivan as senior vice president of finance for HonorHealth Foundation. The search was led by Sarah Hempen, vice president of search. “We are thrilled to welcome Christine to HonorHealth Foundation as our new senior vice president of finance,” said Jared Langkilde, president and CEO, HonorHealth Foundation. “Christine brings a depth of nonprofit fund accounting experience that will elevate our team and ensure we maintain our financial health. As we continue to grow and embark on even more ambitious fundraising efforts, Christine’s partnership will be critical in achieving our long-term goals to have an even greater impact on the community.”
Ms. Sullivan is a seasoned financial leader who most recently served as CFO at Valley of the Sun United Way. Over the course of 10 years with the United Way affiliate, she progressively expanded her scope of responsibility, managing a substantial budget and endowment and implementing policies that resulted in healthy reserve funds for the organization. Ms. Sullivan partnered closely with the program and fundraising teams to ensure their work focused on the greatest impact and also led a team of ten covering all accounting, purchasing and revenue processing functions.
In her new position, Ms. Sullivan will serve as a strategic business partner to Jared Langkilde, CEO of HonorHealth Foundation, as well as the board of directors and the health system’s finance team. She will collaborate directly with the CEO to maintain the optimal financial health of the foundation, including managing donation inflows and financial reporting systems, overseeing comprehensive grants administration and ensuring proper stewardship of donor contributions from all channels. Ms. Sullivan will manage a team of financial professionals charged with ensuring accurate accounting and reporting for HonorHealth Foundation.
