Shane McDonald joined Cahill Gordon & Reindel as a partner in its European Finance Practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
McDonald’s practice focuses on advising financial institutions, private credit funds and institutional lenders on leveraged acquisition and refinancing transactions. He also advises on data center financings, general bank lending and restructuring financings, the firm said.
He joins from White & Case, according to his LinkedIn profile.
