Celebrate Amazing Stories and Science Fiction’s 100th Birthday with us!
In April 1926, Hugo Gernsback published Amazing Stories magazine for the first time, and while the name of the genre took a few more years to become a household term, many credit this moment with the birth of Science fiction fandom as we know it today!
Join us for a two-panels featuring a discussion on the impact of Amazing Stories and Science Fiction as a genre! Featuring published authors, scholars, and podcasters with deep knowledge of the history and great works of the last 100 years.
The second panel will be a how-to guide for writing your own Science fiction stories or novels, including teachers, authors, and scholars of the genre.
