The Celtics will send out a preseason-esque lineup Sunday in their final game of the regular season.
With the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference secured, Boston listed nearly its entire rotation as unavailable or doubtful for its matchup with the Orlando Magic at TD Garden.
Starters Jayson Tatum (right Achilles repair management), Jaylen Brown (left Achilles tendonitis), Derrick White (right knee contusion) and Neemias Queta (right toe sprain) were ruled out. Fifth starter Sam Hauser (low back spasm) and top reserves Payton Pritchard (left foot plantar fasciitis) and Nikola Vucevic (right ring finger fracture management) all were listed as doubtful.
If Hauser, Pritchard and Vucevic do not play, the Celtics would have nine players available for the game: Baylor Scheierman, Jordan Walsh, Hugo Gonzalez, Luka Garza, Ron Harper Jr., Amari Williams, Max Shulga, Dalano Banton and two-way player John Tonje.
Banton signed a rest-of-season contract with Boston on Saturday.
The Magic, a possible first-round playoff opponent for the Celtics, still have something to play for. They can finish anywhere from sixth to eighth in the East depending on Sunday’s results.
