BEIJING, Nov 17 (Reuters) – China’s Vice Premier He Lifeng said on Monday he hoped Germany would use its influence within the European Union to improve ties between the world’s No.2 economy and the 27-strong bloc, during a meeting with German Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil.
He added that Beijing welcomed German firms to invest in the Chinese market and that he believed trade frictions could be resolved through dialogue and consultation.
