While preparing a patrol vehicle to be returned to service, a maintenance crew member made a shocking discovery. The decomposing body of a man was in the back.
On March 20th, he had been taken into custody on DUI charges, but he never made it home upon his released on the 23rd. Ultimately, he had been rotting away in the vehicle for days before he was located.
