Latin Lawyer is delighted to announce the deals shortlisted in the capital markets, banking and finance, and two project finance categories for our 20th annual Deal of the Year Awards.
Listed below are the three deals that have been shortlisted in each category.
The winners will be announced on the night of our charity awards ceremony at the Rosewood Hotel in São Paulo on Thursday 7 May.
A dinner will also be held in aid of the region’s pro bono clearinghouses. More information and tickets are available here. Latin Lawyer will also hand out trophies to the latest Individual Awards winners, which have already been announced.
