Michael Makhotin joined DLA Piper as a partner in its leveraged finance practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Makhotin joins from Cahill LLP, where he was elevated to partner in January. He focuses on complex financing transactions, including syndicated and direct lending financings and offerings of high yield debt securities, DLA Piper said.
