Tuesday college football betting preview

Before USC vs. TCU at 9 p.m. ET, Coastal Carolina plays Louisiana Tech in the Independence Bowl at 2 p.m. ET, followed by Tennessee vs. Illinois in the Music City Bowl in Nashville at 5:30 p.m. ET. This SEC vs. Big Ten battles feautres a pair of 8-4 teams who have won two of their last three games. Illinois defeated Northwestern, 20-13, in its final contest, while Tennessee fell to Vanderbilt, 45-24, in its final week.
