Financial Cents will host a free, one-day virtual Bookkeeping Workflow Summit on March 25, aimed at helping firms centralize operations and improve efficiency.
The event will run from 12 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. CT and focuses on addressing common challenges in small bookkeeping firms, where work, client data and communication are often spread across disconnected systems.
“At Financial Cents, our mission is to equip small bookkeeping and accounting firm owners and teams with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive, and the Bookkeeping Workflow Summit is a direct extension of that mission,” said Shahram Zarshenas, CEO. “We’ve gathered some of the sharpest minds in the industry to present a tried-and-true framework for building a firm that doesn’t rely on any one person to function. We want every attendee to walk away with a clear path to greater operational efficiency in their organization.”
The summit will feature four sessions led by industry speakers, focused on workflow design, reducing bottlenecks and building centralized systems. Attendees will receive practical guidance to create a single workflow hub and improve team independence.
Registration is free for bookkeeping and accounting professionals.
