Grayson Allen, Jaylen Brown questionable ahead of Suns-Celtics

Grayson Allen (right knee and ankle injury management) is questionable ahead of the Phoenix Suns’ game against the Boston Celtics on Tuesday.

Devin Booker (right hip strain), Dillon Brooks (left hand fracture), Jordan Goodwin (left calf strain), Cole Anthony (not with team) and Haywood Highsmith (right knee injury management) were ruled out, per Monday’s NBA injury report.

ESPN’s Shams Charania reported Monday that Brooks’ return timeline is 4 to 6 weeks.

Jalen Green was not on the injury report after being a game-time decision on Sunday against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Allen did not play in the Suns’ game against the Trail Blazers due to right knee and ankle injury management. He last played Saturday in the Suns’ 113-110 double-overtime win against the Orlando Magic, scoring 27 points to lead the team.

Prior to the Magic game, Allen missed the Suns’ previous four games due to a knee issue. He previously missed time with a right quad injury in November and an illness and a right knee injury in December.

In 36 games, Allen is averaging 13.3 points (on 41.6% shooting), 3.9 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game.
