Seat planning by major foreign and Greek airlines points to an increase this winter in arrivals from abroad, approaching 12% year-on-year.
This strengthens the estimates for a new record year in 2025 and a strong start to 2026. Overall, for the November 2025 – March 2026 period, airlines have increased the available seats for flights to Greece by 11.8%.
This growth in capacity comes after the rise recorded by inbound tourism last winter.
These data result from the Airdata Tracker data of the Institute of the Greek Tourism Confederation (INSETE). The planning made by airlines stems from their reservation systems and from estimates for the momentum of destinations.
