The US is increasing liquefied natural gas (LNG) flows through Greece to SE Europe and Ukraine as part of “a bold energy agenda” by President Trump, US Ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle said in a post on X on Monday.
The ambassador said: “Under US President Donald Trump’s bold energy agenda, we are delivering results by increasing US LNG flows through Greece to Southeast Europe and Ukraine, diversifying supply, and reinforcing that energy security is national security. I am looking forward to traveling to Bucharest and Sofia for The Economist Romania Government Roundtable and discussions with regional partners on strengthening energy security along the Vertical Corridor.”
