Believe it or not, there are actually folks who haven’t already left town to get a head start on the spring break of 2026. There is a group that is gathering above City Cafe around 5 p.m. today for the announcement of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League‘s 2026 Fashion Notes LimoCello designer who will receive the annual designer award.
So, what is the name of the designer who will be revealed?
Here’s a clue: After spending more than a decade at Stanley Korshak, the designer has expanded her operation from bridal and custom luxury evening gowns to include furs and handbags at her new atelier on Lovers Lane.
If you haven’t guessed who will be featured at the Meyerson on Wednesday, April 29, Fashion Notes Co-Chairs Meredith Connally, Amy Green and Elizabeth St. Marie and Honorary Co-Chairs Anne and Bill Seanor have the inside scoop on the designer complete with her bio following the jump!
BTW, if you haven’t already got your place reserved for the seated luncheon and fashion show, you can lock it down here!

A true Dallasite, born and raised in Highland Park, Mackenzie Brittingham has held a lifelong passion for the arts and fashion. She established her brand in the spring of 2016, bringing couture bridal fashion to future brides with a refined and highly personalized approach.
After more than a decade at Stanley Korshak Bridal, Mackenzie expanded into her own private atelier — an evolution of her brand that allows for a more intimate, design-driven experience. While growing her independent space, she continues to work closely with custom clients at Stanley Korshak, maintaining the longstanding relationships and elevated level of service that have defined her career.
Mackenzie specializes in luxury evening wear, designing custom gowns for mothers of the bride and groom, debutantes, and distinguished socialites. She understands the challenges women face when searching for a gown that truly fits — one that allows them to look and feel their absolute best — and she approaches each design with that understanding at the forefront. Every piece is proudly made in the United States, reflecting her commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
In 2018, she launched her Fur Collection. Each piece is crafted to evoke the same feeling as one of her gowns: elegant, intentional, and impeccably tailored. Perfect style, fit and always refined — created uniquely for each individual remains her signature.
Her latest endeavor is her collection of exotic handbags. Designed with the same couture mindset, each handbag is meticulously crafted with exceptional materials and attention to detail. Like her gowns and furs, the handbags are made in the USA and reflect her commitment to timeless design, individuality, and heirloom-quality craftsmanship — extending the Mackenzie Brittingham aesthetic beyond the gown into a complete luxury wardrobe.
