Kate’s last appearance at Easter service was in 2023. In 2024, she had just revealed her cancer diagnosis and plans to undergo chemotherapy ahead of the event. In 2024, the Princess of Wales was in remission, but she and the family were at their Norfolk country home.

For her return this year, Kate wore the Oatmeal Tailored Crepe Lace Detail midi dress from Self Portrait, according to fashion Instagram account @katemiddletonstyled. She had a series of matching accessories, including an Oak Leaf Teardrop Hat from Juliette Millinery, the Nano Montreal DeMellier purse in Deep Toffee Smooth, and a pair of tan Ralph Lauren pumps. In her ears, she wore Queen Elizabeth’s Bahrain Pearl Earrings.

Louis and George were wearing matching navy suits just a shade darker than William’s, along with pale blue ties. William’s tie was a bright checkered blue.

In March 2026, royal photographer Chris Jackson shared his perspective on watching the children in the royal family grow up in an interview with Page Six.

“You don’t see them very often, but when you do see them, it’s lovely to watch them kind of growing up,” Jackson shared. “I’m guessing they realize it’s not normal to be in these situations.”

He added of the kids, “It’s lovely to see them interacting together. Photographing them over the years has been really special.”
