On Saturday night, the LA Clippers played the Sacramento Kings (at home).
The Clippers lost by a score of 118-109.
Kawhi Leonard finished with 31 points, six rebounds and two steals while shooting 13/23 from the field and 2/6 from three-point range in 26 minutes of playing time.
He left the game early with an injury.

Following the game, the Clippers announced Leonard’s injury diagnosis.
Law Murray of The Athletic wrote: “Clippers say that Kawhi Leonard has a sprained left ankle.”
Leonard is averaging 28.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.0 steals per contest while shooting 50.0% from the field and 37.9% from three-point range in 52 games.
He had been playing some of the best basketball of his career over the last few months.
Lauren Rosen of FanDuel Sports Network West wrote (on March 12): “With his 44th consecutive 20-plus point outing, Kawhi Leonard has tied Bob McAdoo for the longest single0season 20-point scoring streak in @LAClippers franchise history.”

The two-time NBA Champion has also spent time with the San Antonio Spurs and Toronto Raptors over 15 seasons in the league.
His career averages are 20.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.7 steals per contest while shooting 49.9% from the field and 39.1% from three-point range in 785 games.
