The Leasing Foundation has published the names of young professionals included in its UK asset finance 30 Under 30 index for 2025, marking its fifth year.
The initiative is backed by Asset Finance Connect and sponsored by Acquis, with the goal of recognising young talent within the sector across the UK.
Those selected for the index work in various roles at 29 different organisations.
The announcement took place during the Asset Finance Connect autumn conference, where attendees were congratulated by FLA CEO Shanika Amarasekara and Acquis chief commercial officer James Rudolf.
Entry to the index was open to individuals aged 29 or younger as of 30 September 2025, working in asset finance or leasing with either lenders or service providers.
The Leasing Foundation NextGen group director and United Trust Bank asset finance business development manager Lauren McQuilken said: “The 30 Under 30 index showcases the energy, diversity and ambition that will define the future of asset finance. This year’s nominees are exceptional, not just in performance but in purpose.
“They are growing businesses, supporting others and actively pushing the industry forward. We’re proud to celebrate their achievements and excited to see what comes next.”
Criteria for inclusion focused on demonstrated achievement in their roles, contributions to workplace development, fostering change or new ideas, promoting diversity and inclusion, engagement with the wider industry, and involvement in community or charity initiatives.
“Leasing Foundation identifies young professionals in 2025 30 Under 30 index” was originally created and published by Leasing Life, a GlobalData owned brand.
