Lily Collins’s Crop Top is Made of Nothing but Pink Beaded Fringe

Emily Cooper‘s style can be described as many things, but understated is not usually one of the words that comes to mind. The Emily in Paris star who plays the marketing maven, however, Lily Collins, tends to prefer to lean into minimalist, Parisian chic when it comes to her personal wardrobe. Just take her recent simple white co-ord or her Audrey Hepburn-coded LBD. However, stepping out for the Calvin Klein show during New York Fashion Week on February 13, the actress added a rare pop of bold color with a daring, avant garde crop top.

Photographed entering the show, Collins rocked a hot pink top made entirely of long beaded fringe, that was twisted into a plunging bra over her chest. The top’s fringing fell in long strands that hung by her hip. Collins stuck to her signature style with the rest of the look, wearing a long black coat and matching tailored high waisted pants.

Collins rocked her bob, sleeker, sharper and shorter than ever, in a strong center part, with one side tucked behind her ear.

Collins’s appearance in New York comes after she made a chic appearance in London for the U.K. launch of her Maison Perrier collaboration. She wore a sheer gauze plaid Jean Paul Gaultier LBD with Cartier jewelry for the occasion.
