Lollapalooza is expected to post music acts for summer 2026 on Tuesday, both headliners and the full lineup of artists.
Look for the announcement on Lollapalooza’s social media channels at about 10 a.m. (going by the schedule in past years) and in this updating Tribune post. Those interested can also sign up for messages at lollapalooza.com/lineup.
The four-day Lollapalooza music festival will be July 30 to Aug. 2 in Grant Park on Chicago’s lakefront, with some 170 bands expected on eight stages.
Look for a limited number of tickets to be available later this week at lollapalooza.com/tickets (also based on past years), with full ticket sales, including 1-Day and 2-Day passes, along with the schedule of music acts by day, expected at a later date.
The festival has been teasing the lineup by handing out “lollipops” with audio clips at the downtown Chicago St. Patrick’s Day parade, and on social media with little pictographs to decode. There’s a three-headed snake (Gunna?), another suggests radio transmission towers (Not For Radio is touring), and the words “so you cannot forget my name” are from a song by Suki Waterhouse — make your own guesses from there.
Daily capacity inside the fences this summer will be 115,000 people, an attendance limit set after 2022’s fest as part of a 10-year contract extension with the city. Lollapalooza has an agreement to stay in Chicago through at least 2032. The festival is presented by Austin, Texas-based C3 Presents, a division of Live Nation.
