“This year, we will have a musical addition. We’ll have Acute Inflections, from New York,” Sanders said. “We’ll have The Duchess Jureesa McBride, a blues singer who is from Mississippi and travels all over the country.”
Acute Inflections is described as a jazzy R & B duo that combines comedy and music and has shared the stage with notable artists such as Sting and Jennifer Hudson. The Duchess Jureesa McBride is a blues singer from Vicksburg who recently released her first album, “My Time to Shine.”
The panel discussions will feature Health and Beauty, Fashion and Style, and “Live, Laugh, Love.” Gabrielle Terrett and Raymond Banks will moderate the panels, ensuring full audience engagement. Terrett, aka “Gabz,” is a professional writer, editor and digital marketing specialist who recently launched the blog, “The Depressed Journalist.” Sanders said some of the panelists include Robert Richardson, a motivational speaker; Carmen Myers, a celebrity hairstylist; Jamaal Thompson, an athlete; and Cora Christian, a body contour artist.
“These speakers are national influencers,” Sanders said. “They’re very well known.”
