Madonna has arrived at Milan Fashion Week. The singer sat in the front row of the Dolce&Gabbana Fall/Winter 2026/2027 fashion show on February 28—and she rocked a daring lingerie-as-clothes minidress for the occasion.

Her LBD featured a plunging, lace-trimmed corseted bodice, with front ribbon lacing. The silk miniskirt also featured lace trim and a hip-high slit up one thigh. She paired the dress with sheer black tights and black pointed toe heels. The singer wore a fitted black blazer coat over the dress and accessorized with a silver chain necklace, a black handback, oversized black shades, and the most unexpected teal gloves.
Madonna shared a video of herself strutting on a balcony overlooking the Milan skyline in the look on Instagram. “Ciao Milano 🇮🇹,” she wrote in the caption.

Madonna’s latest look comes after a series of other daring looks in recent months. A few weeks ago, for instance, she rocked a plunging black corset paired with fishnets in an Instagram post. Then there was her sheer black lace corseted dress with fishnets and a leopard print coat. Back in December, she sported a brown lace lingerie dress in another post. She even posed in nothing but layered silver necklaces in a playful Valentine’s Day post with boyfriend Akeem Morris.
