Maine basketball phenom Cooper Flagg is gearing up for his first NBA game in Boston, as the Celtics host Flagg and the Dallas Mavericks on Friday.Flagg, 19, is set to face his favorite childhood team at TD Garden, the NBA arena that is closest to his hometown of Newport.”I’m excited.
