A man killed in a two-vehicle crash in Greece over the weekend has been identified as Timothy Miller, 59, of Gates, police said.
Greece police responded around 4:10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, to a crash at the intersection of Elmgrove Road and Deming Street. Officers found Miller had been ejected from one of the vehicles and suffered critical injuries. Fire and EMS crews provided lifesaving aid before he was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the second vehicle suffered minor injuries and was treated at a hospital. Police said there were no signs of intoxication or impairment, and charges are not expected at this time.
The crash remains under investigation.
