
Casinos contribute $63.6 million to the state
BALTIMORE, Md. — Maryland’s six casinos combined to generate $148,493,335 in revenue from slot machines and table games during February 2026. The statewide total was a decrease of $6,656,962, or 4.3%, compared to February 2025.
Casino gaming contributions to the state during February 2026 totaled $63,635,265, a decrease of $1,590,153, or 2.4%, compared to February 2025. The February 2026 contributions included $45,924,029 to the Education Trust Fund, a decrease of $1,170,556, or 2.5%, compared to February 2025.
Through the first eight months of Fiscal Year 2026 (July 2025 through February 2026), casino gaming revenue is $1,264,440,712, down 2.2% compared to the same period in FY2025; and contributions to the state are $543,157,515, down 1.4% year-over-year.
In addition to the Education Trust Fund, casino gaming revenues support the communities and jurisdictions where the casinos are located, Maryland’s horse racing industry, and small, minority- and women-owned businesses.
Maryland’s six privately owned casinos offer both slot machines and table games: MGM National Harbor in Prince George’s County; Live! Casino & Hotel in Anne Arundel County; Horseshoe Casino Baltimore in Baltimore City; Ocean Downs Casino in Worcester County; Hollywood Casino Perryville in Cecil County; and Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Allegany County.
The gaming revenue totals for February 2026 were as follows:
MGM National Harbor (2,270 slot machines, 214 table games)
$64,843,857 in February 2026, a decrease of $2,077,969 (-3.1%) from February 2025
Live! Casino & Hotel (3,739 slot machines, 179 table games)
$52,007,713 in February 2026, a decrease of $4,999,175 (-8.8%) from February 2025
Horseshoe Casino (1,400 slot machines, 115 table games)
$14,240,642 in February 2026, an increase of $157,826 (1.1%) from February 2025
Hollywood Casino (647 slot machines, 18 table games)
$6,860,557 in February 2026, a decrease of $284,853 (-4.0%) from February 2025
Ocean Downs Casino (900 slot machines, 18 table games)
$6,309,625 in February 2026, an increase of $200,893 (3.3%) from February 2025
Rocky Gap Casino (627 slot machines, 12 table games)
$4,230,942 in February 2026, an increase of $346,316 (8.9%) from February 2025
