Mercer County High School’s music theory class is putting on its spring concert in a couple of weeks.
The class produces two concerts each school year, with each kid in the class performing one song that fits into a predetermined theme. This concert’s theme is artists from Illinois.
Mercer County High School seniors Ashley Applebee and Molly Dixon, who are part of the class, spoke with WRMJ to preview the concert.
The concert is at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, at the Mercer County High School Auditorium.
