Mighty Mouth reopens at Science Museum Oklahoma with new interactive features

OKLAHOMA CITY –

After months of anticipation and thoughtful reimagining, Mighty Mouth is officially reopening today at Science Museum Oklahoma.

The beloved exhibit, first introduced in 1987, has welcomed more than 10 million visitors and now returns refreshed with new interactive experiences thanks to a generous gift from Delta Dental of Oklahoma and its Foundation.

The updated Delta Dental Mighty Mouth aligns with National Children’s Dental Health Month and blends nostalgia with hands-on learning focused on prevention, healthy habits and understanding what happens inside our mouths.

Families can explore a flossing station, practice straightening teeth at a braces station, snap photos at an interactive smile wall, take part in a mouth washing activity and enjoy touchscreen games and matching challenges.

Fan favorite giant teeth, a symbol of the exhibit for decades, are also back, continuing a tradition that has inspired generations of young scientists and Oklahoma families.

You can explore the newly renovated exhibit at no extra cost with museum admission.
